All items listed in our sale category are final sale. These items are not eligible for store credit, return, or exchange.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you need assistance with an order, please e-mail us as soon as possible to see how we can help. shop@moonandsunstudio.com

Can I add an item to my order?

We're not able to modify orders once they've been placed. We recommend placing another order with that item.

Why was my order canceled?

We're sorry to hear your order was canceled! If this happens, you will receive a cancelation email and refund. Cancelations may happen due to insufficient inventory or poor quality checks at the time of fulfilling the order.

What does awaiting fulfillment mean?

Your order has been received and we are working to process the order for shipment.
