In Store Returns

This policy applies to items that have been purchased in store at our Mission Hills location.

We offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 7 days of purchase with original or gift receipt.

Items must be in original condition and unused. All discounted items are final sale, no exchanges.

Online Returns

We offer returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery with original or gift receipt. The return package must be postmarked back to us within 7 calendar days of delivery in order to receive store credit.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. No return form is necessary, but a note with the order number and name associated with the order is required. Moon & Sun is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return. Please keep this tracking number until your return is received and processed. 

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.

Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.
